View your orders → How do returns work? Wrong size? Exchange it within 14 days of delivery; the first exchange is free, pickup included. Changed your mind? Return it within 14 days for full store credit, or money back to your UPI or bank account less ₹99. Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? A replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost.
Returns policy → When will it arrive? Most India orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, with tracking sent to your email. Flat ₹99 delivery, included with GX Bronze (₹99) or any Give X India plan. We also ship to Australia, New Zealand and Canada: standard $15 (free over $200) or express $25.
