Every GX piece is made by specialist activewear factories to GX's own spec, and the fabric, the cut and the final quality checks are ours. The fabric composition is printed on every product page.
Will it fit me?
Every product page has its own size chart with the garment's real measurements. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us your height and the size you usually wear, and we'll tell you which size to take. If it still doesn't fit, exchange it within 14 days of delivery. The first exchange is free, pickup included.
What is your return policy?
Wrong size? Exchange it within 14 days of delivery; the first exchange is free, pickup included. Changed your mind? Return it within 14 days for full store credit, or money back to your UPI or bank account less ₹99. Damaged, faulty or the wrong item? A replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Most orders across India arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. We email your tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across India, except a few pin codes where the courier cannot collect cash (checkout tells you). You can also pay online by UPI or card.
