Every GX order ships from our warehouse in Okhla, New Delhi. In-stock pieces are dispatched the next business day, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
India
- Flat ₹99 delivery on every order. Delivery is free for active Give X India members, on every plan, with no minimum order.
- 3–7 business days after dispatch for most addresses. Remote and hill pincodes can take longer.
- Tracking is emailed on dispatch and shown on your order page.
International
- Standard delivery $15, free on orders over $200.
- Express delivery $25, where you need it sooner. On a free-shipping order you pay only the $10 difference to upgrade.
- Charged in your store currency at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Minimum international order $25.
- Every parcel ships from Okhla, New Delhi with tracking. Transit times below are after dispatch and exclude time in customs.
Duties and local taxes
Prices shown do not include import duty or local sales tax. Where your country charges them, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by your customs authority or the courier before delivery.
Australia and New Zealand do not charge import GST on consignments under A$1,000 / NZ$1,000, so a normal GX order arrives with nothing further to pay. Canadian orders are dutiable from C$20 and clothing attracts 16–18% duty plus GST/HST. We ship Canada duty-paid wherever the courier supports it, and will tell you at checkout if we cannot.
Where we ship
We open one country at a time, and only once the courier lane and the local tax position are both settled. A country we price for but do not yet deliver to can be browsed in its own currency. Checkout stays closed there rather than taking an order we cannot fulfil.

Returns
Domestic returns and exchanges are covered by our Return & Exchange Policy.
International returns are handled individually while we build out the lane. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address and what we can refund.
Import duty already collected by your customs authority is recoverable from them, not from us. We can only refund what you paid GX.
