All orders are subject to availability and successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other technical errors.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. GO XTREME does not store your complete card or banking information.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and validity periods. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

GX Shopping Vouchers

GX shopping vouchers are issued by GO XTREME (GX) and can be spent only on goxtreme.shop. Give X members receive them with a paid Give X membership: ₹99 with each paid month, and with the ₹999 year, ₹299 on the day of payment plus ₹99 every 30 days for the next 11 months (₹1,388 in all).

Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the day it is issued or unlocked. There is no minimum order, vouchers add up, and whatever an order does not use stays for your next order until it expires. We remind you before a voucher expires.

The amount you pay never goes below ₹1.

Vouchers are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and they are used by the GX account linked to the Give X account they were issued to. If the payment that earned a voucher is reversed (for example through a bank dispute or chargeback), the unspent part of that voucher is cancelled. If an order paid partly with vouchers is cancelled or returned, the voucher amount goes back to your balance with its original expiry. The Give X membership itself is non-refundable once active, except where its benefits were not provided.
